Noon_e Tiri is a sweet bread made out of flour, Saffron, sugar, egg and oil (the oil made out of home made butter). This bread is not that much sweet and is a very light snack. In Boroujerd ,a city in the west of Iran, people make this at home for Nowruz and other holidays.
